I wanted to take just a few minutes since things have calmed down a bit in my life and thank you not only for the use of your chapel but for your kind spirit and willingness to work with us. I have thought a lot since my wedding day and since the disaster at ****** and I believe things happen for a reason. We were sent to your chapel for some reason. Everything turned out beautiful and I appreciate you allowing us to add some decorations that made it more like we had been planning for so long. I also appreciate you squeezing us in at the last minute, working with your big wedding party and making the ceremony turn out just like I wanted it too. I think most often in the business you are in people lose sight of what they are doing and I think that is what happened at *******. Marrying people just becomes something you do everyday many times, but to use this was our one day and our one moment. Even on such short notice you took the time to care about our day and help make it a moment we will always remember. I don't think our memories would be as fond looking back on our wedding day had we held our ceremony anywhere else than with you. I wish you both much success in your business and hope you will make other couple's memories come alive for many years to come. It was more than we ever could have asked for! Not only us, but our friends and family loved everythying. One friend said he had never been so laid back at a wedding in his life. Mike was wonderful! Michelle Loomis & Michael Loomis Greetings, Well I finally got around to sending you the poem that I wrote to Paul the night before we were married. I thought you might enjoy it more if I jazzed it up a little bit. One again we just wanted to say "THANK YOU" for the wonderful pictures you took, we love them and I am working on a wedding album/scrapbook. Our parents and family are also enjoying the pictures you took. The one I put on the poem is one that Alice took with our digital camera, it's one I really like. We are doing great, Paul is getting ready to start school full-time for computers and we are both very excited about that. God has been very good to us and we are blessed by Him each and every day. Well, I will close for now, just wanted to send this special poem and give you an update. If we get to Branson next year, we will call you and see if we could stop by for a visit. Jeff & Ravyn Metcalf My husband and I were married at your chapel on December 27th, 2002.  I really did not know what to expect as I did my shopping for where I was going to be married on the Internet.  My husband and I knew we wanted to have some time to spend in Branson, but really did not want to be married amidst the hustle and bustle of the town.  Your chapel was the perfect location.  It was quiet, serene, and added to the holiness of the event.  We just loved that. I will never forget arriving with 12 inches of snow on the ground!   The snow was really quite beautiful in itself, but I remember the gasp after walking in the back door of your quaint little chapel that was everything I had dreamed of!  I suppose one of my most favorite things was the beautiful view that was waiting for us at the cathedral window in the back of the chapel - the valley below is so beautiful. The bride's room, as well as the groom's room was nicely decorated and really helped us add to the surprise aspect of our ceremony.  In fact the entire chapel was decorated to our exact liking and was neatly kept.  It's like something a princess would like! I also wanted to say "thank you" for the beautiful ceremony you performed for us!  I was so uneasy and unsure of the vows that I wanted us to say to each other.  The vows in our ceremony were the most sweetest, and most tender of any I had ever heard.  I will treasure those words always.   Lastly, thank you for the graciousness and kindness of you and your wife.  You were both so sweet, and handled us with the utmost of compassion and courtesy.  That meant a lot.  I suggest your wedding services and chapel to anyone I know that wants to get away for their wedding.  The Chapel of the Doves will always hold a special place in our memories.
